The economic recession globally has rendered a lot of young people from deprived or minority ethnic groups unemployed, thus there is a gap/opportunity in the society to provide guidance and support to many of these youth in directing or redirecting their careers/life’s. Also, there is a need to reduce unemployment & mental/emotional issues with employed people due to unsatisfactory careers pathway. The problem of many unemployed and employed people who could easily start a business of their own or redirect their career is lack of holistic guidance through the rigorous process of starting a business successfully or leading a fulfilling career pathway. This is what inspired of to embark on this journey.

We offer a variety of programs for young people from ethnic minorities or/and underserved background who are seeking a path to success in life. From job training, career coaching, business startup mentoring to mental health counselling, we provide the resources and support necessary to help individuals achieve their goals.
