We aim to support over 200 individuals pursuing or currently studying Health and Social Care by guiding them into structured education and employment pathways that promote long-term career development.
We work in partnership with small, medium, and large organisations across multiple sectors to create meaningful opportunities for students and graduates. Through these partnerships, we provide access to work experience, part-time roles, and practical placements that enable individuals to develop their skills, gain industry exposure, and build confidence in their chosen careers.
Eligibility
Our programme is open to individuals aged 16 and above who are interested in progressing towards management-level roles within the Health and Social Care sector. Opportunities may include work experience placements, part-time roles, job shadowing, and internships.
Applicants should:
- Have completed school or college, or be currently enrolled at university
- Be committed to attending mandatory mentoring, training, and assessments
- Demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career within the care sector
