As a Live-In Assistant, you will live within a L'Arche community home alongside people with learning disabilities.
You'll become part of everyday community life, helping to create an environment where everyone can thrive, develop independence and build meaningful relationships.
Your role may include:

You do not need previous experience in social care or support work.
L'Arche welcomes people who are:
Training and support will be provided throughout your experience.
