As a Live-In Assistant, you will live within a L'Arche community home alongside people with learning disabilities.

You'll become part of everyday community life, helping to create an environment where everyone can thrive, develop independence and build meaningful relationships.

Your role may include:

• Supporting people with day-to-day activities
• Building friendships and positive relationships
• Participating in community events and activities
• Encouraging independence and inclusion
• Working alongside experienced support staff
• Contributing to a welcoming and supportive home environment
